Jack
Flett

Construction isn't just a career for Jack — it's in his DNA. Growing up alongside his father on site, he developed an instinct for the industry long before he ever broke ground professionally. That early exposure shaped a genuine passion that has driven over a decade of hands-on experience across some of the sector's most demanding disciplines.

After completing an HND in Civil Engineering, Jack moved through the ranks from site management into project management, overseeing complex multi-million pound schemes for some of the UK's leading contractors. His portfolio spans plotworks, commercial units, road construction, sewer installations and retaining wall structures — giving him a breadth of knowledge few can match.

At SCALE, Jack leads every project with the same standard he has always held himself to: precise, professional and built to last.
